Pre-Owned Buyers Home Inspections
These home inspections are for homebuyers buying a pre-owned home. This home inspection covers all the visible mechanical, structural, plumbing and electrical systems including roof, grading and drainage and many other items. These inspections generally take around 3 hours to perform depending upon the condition of the property. If performed by a Professional Home Inspector the buyer will know what to expect from the property if they decide to purchase it.
 
Sellers Home Inspections

These home inspections are catered toward the home seller. If you are a home owner thinking about selling your home, you may be asking why you would want a home inspection performed before putting your home on the market.
The simple fact is... it's a Smart Move! As the owner and seller of the home, items or conditions that need attention will be found so that you don't risk the embarrassment of the buyers inspector finding them and the transaction getting delayed while you have necessary repairs made or you go back to negotiations.

New Construction and Home Warranty Inspections

New Home Construction Inspections and 1-Year Home Warranty Inspections are two of the most commonly misunderstood inspections today! We offer you the full range of construction "phase" inspections for your new home.
We recommend at least two inspections during construction. One before the sheet-rock goes up, and one before you have a walkthrough with your builder. We also perform inspections for homeowners before their 1-year home warranty runs out.
